SOLICITATION TIMELINE: Issuance of RFQ APRIL 20, 2022 Last Day to Submit Questions APRIL 29, 2022 @ 2:00 PM (PST) Proposal packets due MAY 06, 2022 @ 2:00 PM (PST) Review/Shortlist* MAY 13, 2022 Interviews (if required)* MAY 20, 2022 Final Selection* MAY 25, 2022 Execute Contract* JUNE 03, 2022 Phase I Municipal Stormwater Permit Support (MS4): The primary focus of this contract is to provide support services for the Phase I Municipal Stormwater General Permit on Port of Tacoma properties. Construction General Stormwater Permit activities are captured in this opportunity. Tasks will include but are not limited to: o Stormwater Program Management Support o Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination o Real Estate ownership verification o GIS Support o Construction Stormwater o Post-construction Stormwater Management o Review support for small improvement projects o Operations and Maintenance (O & M) o SWPPP development and updates o Source Control o Infrastructure and Pipe Lining Assessments o Administrative Submit questions in writing, attention Jawed Rahmani The Port of Tacoma (Port) and NWSA are soliciting proposals from highly qualified firms interested in providing consulting services to assist in supporting the Water Quality Program on an on-call/as needed basis. The initial period of performance of the agreement will be for three (3) years, with a one (1) year additional renewal option which will be at the sole discretion of POT.
