Gunnison County and the Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport are requesting statements of interest and qualifications from qualified firms for airport engineering services, design and construction related services. A single firm will be selected to provide planning, design, and general construction administration and inspection services for various federal, state and locally funded projects at the Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport over a five-year period. A table showing anticipated federal, state and locally funded projects during the five-year period is included at the end of this document. Consultant qualification submittals will be accepted at the office of the Airport Director, 519 Rio Grande, Gunnison Colorado 81230. Questions posed and the answers given will be furnished as appropriate to all consultants who receive this RFQ. Please note that due to limited time available, one on one interviews and visits cannot be accommodated during the solicitation period. Costs: Neither Gunnison County nor the Airport is liable for any costs incurred by the Consultant in the preparation or presentation of the statement of interest and qualifications. Right to Award or Reject: Gunnison County and the Airport reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals and to award the consultant services contract to the consultant which it determines, at its sole discretion, to be most advantageous to the Airport. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
