6/29/22 bid has been cancelled due to no bids being received. No timeline when they will rebid. The City of Barnesville, Georgia will be receiving separate sealed bids for all material, labor, and equipment for the "2022 Street Resurfacing Project". This includes an approximate total 1.08 Miles of resurfacing on 2 different city streets that needs an asphalt overlay. Bids shall be on Unit Price Items but the contract will be awarded and executed on a Lump Sum Price The project shall be Substantially Complete within 30 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract. No BIDDER may withdraw his bid within (30) days before the date of Bid opening. Each Bidder is required to submit a completed "BID" form. The bidder must also comply with the Federal S.A.V.E. and Everify Programs. The City of Barnesville reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids and to readvertise.
