(1) The purchase of the annual requirements of catch basins with M top and bicycle grates. (2) The purchase of the annual requirements of plastic pipe. (3) The purchase of the annual requirements of dust oil, emulsified asphalt, aggregate, and blacktop products. The bid must be accompanied by a cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid, made payable to the Township and an executed Non Collusion Affidavit. The successful bidder shall furnish a bond to the Township guaranteeing performance of the contract in the amount equal to fifty percent of the amount of the contract. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. Proposals shall be read aloud at the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors to be held Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 7:00pm. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and shall expire in one year from the effective date of contract. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any informalities or minor discrepancies in the proposals or specifications when deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. The Township reserves the right to make an award on the basis of quotations received for any items or on the basis of the aggregate total for some or all items on which quotations are received.
