Renovation of a municipal facility in Irwin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and appurtenances required for: the selective removal of the existing HVAC system and the installation of a new heating and cooling system at the Authoritys Offices. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days as indicated by the Owner in the written Notice to Proceed. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project.
