Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Irwin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Work in conjunction with Irwin Borough, Keith Davis (Jenre Properties. LLC) and NorthHuntingdon Township Municipal Authority (NHTMA) (partners) to stabilize approximately 450 feet ofstreambank along an unnamed tributary ofTinkers Run and Irwin Park's paved walking trail. The streambank stabilization will consist ofsingle log vane deflectors, bank grading, hard armoring the toe ofthe streambank with rock, and grading the streambank to a stable slope. In addition, the large parking lot will be retrofitted to manage storm water runoff. This will include the installation oftwo retention ponds. This work includes all materials, labor and stabilization to complete the project as specified. complete on or before July 3L 2022
