Liberoni Inc - $471465 Base Bid 1 Roadway Maintenance The work will consist of the Contractor milling approximately 17,215 s.y., installing approximately 950 tons of level course, 17,215 s.y. of 1- wearing course (9.5 mm, PG 64-22, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALs SRL-M), Base Soft Spot Repair, associated line painting and appurtenances. Base Bid 2 Roadway Maintenance - Additional Streets for bid consideration are included within the Base Bid 2. Base Bid 2 includes the following work, the Contractor milling approximately 28,050 s.y., installing approximately 1550 tons of level course, and 28,050 s.y. of 1- wearing course, Base Soft Spot Repair, associated line painting and appurtenances. The Contractor is advised that the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements apply to Contract 1/2022 as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Irwin Borough.
