Site work and paving for a civil project in Hood River, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

The Port of Hood River is requesting bids to repair the north and south approach on the Hood River Interstate Bridge in Hood River, Oregon 97031. The Port of Hood River Waterproof Membrane with HMA Overlay project intends to prevent further chloride containments from entering the concrete bridge deck on both the north and south end of the Hood River Interstate Bridge. The project will include the grinding of existing on-grade HMA and concrete bridge deck to match the tie in elevations at the start and end of each segment of pavement. The primer and rolled waterproof membrane will be applied directly to the existing concrete bridge deck and topped with 0.15' of HMA. Contractor will provide survey for grade control and the prevention of the over application of HMA on the concrete bridge deck. The north end curb rub rail will need to be adjusted to account for need roadway elevations. This is a Prevailing Wage project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
