PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: This project entails reconstruction and site improvements to Bousfield Plaza. Project includes renovations to pedestrian plazas and walkways, landscape improvements, roadway crosswalk reconstruction, drainage improvements, as well as removal of existing light fixtures. The Base Bid: Plaza Area as shown on the Logistics Plan in the Project Drawings. Alternate No. 1: Approach Walkway as shown on the Logistics Plan in the Project Drawings. Alternate No. 2: Road Crossing and Brick circle and walks shown on the Logistics Plan in the Project Drawings.
