The Village of Telkwa, located in Telkwa, BC, is seeking proposals from manufactures of Fire Apparatus for the purchase of a new Pumper Fire Engine for its Fire Department - Telkwa Fire Rescue. This apparatus will be used on both paved and gravel roads and will be used for structural firefighting, motor vehicle fires, interface fires and to support medical emergencies, motor vehicle incidents and other rescue operations. Proponents are encouraged to develop their proposal based on existing "Stock" designs for Pumper Fire Engines currently manufactured within their organizations. Proposals are invited from qualified proponents to design, construct and deliver a new Pumper Fire Engine for the Village of Telkwa and Telkwa Fire Rescue.
