Prequalification will be for the following category of service(s): 1) Plumbing & Heating Contractor DCC may utilize QRT's and URT's for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00. The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this Source List are identified in the Technical Document.
