Prequalification will be for the following category of service(s): 1) Electrical Contractor DCC may utilize QRT's and URT's for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00. The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
