Time of Completion: Two Hundred Fifty-Two (252) calendar days. Liquidated Damages: Three hundred ($300.00) dollars per calendar day. Owners Representative: Donald Ricketts, Public Works 434.799.5245 Code: All work performed shall conform to the Virginia Uniform Building Code. Retainage: In making payments, there shall be retained five percent (5%) of the estimated amount until final completion and acceptance of the contract work.
