Replace sanitary sewer main along Windsor Road from Hampshire Road to St Patrick Street as a replace in place with bypass pumping of the sanitary sewer and connect existing services to the new sanitary sewer, investigation of sewer laterals for properties with multiple sewer laterals to determine which are active, and if laterals are storm services, optional work to redirect laterals to the adjacent storm drain. Perform sanitary sewer main tie-ins at existing manholes and pipe ends, abandonment of select sanitary sewer sections.
