Flagler County School Board is seeking bids from qualified companies to provide for the treatment, care and maintenance of 26 ponds and 3 ditches with the most economical control and aesthetic enhancement for District facilities. Question Submission Deadline:April 27, 2022, 12:00pm Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via the District's e-Procurement Portal FCSB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and technicalities and may, at its sole discretion, request a clarification or other information to evaluate any or all Bids. FCSB reserves the right to reject any and and/or all items proposed or award to multiple Bidders. Prior to board approval, FCSB may cancel the ITB or portions thereof, without penalty. FCSB reserves the right to require Bidder to submit evidence of qualifications or any other information FCSB may deem necessary. FCSB, in its sole judgment, will award or reject any or all Bids as is in the best interest of FCSB and the decision shall be final. FCSB may request and require the Contractor to provide a performance and payment bond on new construction projects exceeding $100,000.00. Both bonds will require 100% of the total project cost. The District seeks to enter into Agreement effective July 1, 2022 for an initial three (3) year term. The contract may be renewed for an additional one (1) additional two (2) year term, not to exceed a total of five years. Renewals are contingent upon satisfactory performance by the Contractor and the availability of funds. Actions taken under this provision will be at the option of the District.
