Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Slinger, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project involves the reconstruction of both Oakview Drive and Info Highway Ct, including the installation of 1,475 L.F. of curb and gutter, 1,886 L.F. of 12-inch, 15-inch, 18-inch, 24-inch and 27-inch storm sewer, storm inlets, manholes and yard drains, concrete driveway approaches, 2,150 S.Y. pulverization, 1,135 tons of asphaltic pavement and 2,500 S.Y. landscaping. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Slinger and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Slinger reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Slinger at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Slinger equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Slinger as liquidated damages. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 15, 2022 ; General Conditions on or before October 15, 2022.
