The Village of Slinger hereby gives notice that bids shall be received for the Wetland Grading and Enhancements Project. The Village of Slinger will be receiving and accepting bids for the Wetland Grading and Enhancements project ONLY via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN. No paper bids will be accepted. After the official closing time, the Bids will be opened, reviewed, and posted to the Questcdn.com website. The electronic bid form will be available for completion beginning April 5, 2022, or sooner. The estimated quantities as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. \ The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages. \ Electronic bids shall be submitted on the electronic bid form provided through QuestCDN.
