Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merced, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

File no.1011 Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to the City of Merced. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed includes but not limited to: Remove existing Laura fountain, surrounding concrete sidewalk, plumbing, fence and pump/filter system; and install new renovated Laura Fountain including foundation and water proof coating, concrete sidewalk and pad for new pump filtration system, surrounding fence, all new plumbing and new pump filtration system. Such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, City of Merced Standard Designs and the Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed
