Renovation of a municipal facility in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Eagle Mountain City Hall was built in 2005 and was built with a wood shake shingle roof. The maintenance of the wood shake shingle is very costly and not very efficient.
