Remodeling of a municipal facility in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Bids will be received for separate Demo, General, Mechanical, Electrical, Roofing, Siding, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Building Insulation, Drywall, Flooring and Painting. Contract Documents will also be available for examination at Great Falls Builders as well as online at GFHA@gfho. Each bidder shall have a current Montana Public Contractor's License of proper classification, as defined and set for in the MCA. Subcontractors for work over $1,000 shall also be the holder of a Montana Public Contractor's License of proper classification. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or a bid bond executed by a surety corporation authorized by the State of Montana; which security instruments shall be made unconditionally payable to the Great Falls Housing Authority.
