Prospective bidders may request clarification of the bid documents addressed to Rhinebeck Architecture attention John Sharkey via e-mail (jsharkey@rhinebeckarchitecture.com). No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every question for such interpretations shall be in writing using the correct form, and shall be received one (1) week prior to bid date The Owner reserves the right to consider all Bids for a period of forty five (45) days following the bid opening before awarding the Contract, and reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids.
