Acceptance will be based on low bid and qualification of contractor. Award of bid shall be to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority in its sole and absolute discretion. The Bid Guarantee Check must be a cashier's check, money order, or teller's check issued by a state or national bank, savings and loan association, or a state or federally chartered credit union and made payable to the Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority .
