The Town of Rancho Viejo, Texas is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") for the provision of professional engineering services. Deadline for questions / clarifications February 9, 2023 Board of Aldermen Award March 14, 2023 All questions and Statements should be directed to: Maribel Guerrero, Mayor. All questions should be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) business days prior to the Closing Date. A contract awarded under this RFQ will be for ONE (1) year beginning on the Effective Date (the "Primary Term"). Any contract awarded under this RFQ may include a provision that it will automatically renew, at the Town's option, for two ONE (1) year term(s) to commence immediately following the termination of the prior term (the "Renewal Term"). Any contract resulting from this RFQ may, at the Town's sole discretion, contain a provision that specifies that either party may notify the other party in writing of its intention not to renew at least SIXTY (60) days prior to the expiration of the then current term The Town reserves the right to waive, change, add, or delete any terms or conditions of this RFQ. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any Statement(s) submitted and to waive any technicality noted in the submission process for the best interest of Rancho Viejo. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
