SCOPE OF WORK The construction project includes: This project includes removal and replacement of two (2) existing pumps, associated electrical equipment, and piping at the existing Celina Road Pump Station. The Work will also include an On-Site Septic System (OSSF) design and construction including the addition of a new lift station pump, controls, and force main to a new septic tank and drain field. The City strongly requests that bidders submit responses electronically. Electronic bidding eliminates errors, unnecessary work, and is friendlier to the environment. The City's eProcurement website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the City's eProcurement website. Prospective Bidders may examine or download the Bid Documents anytime online through the eProcurement website. All questions shall be submitted through the eProcurement system. Question Cutoff Date 4/20/2022 05:00:00 PM (CT) The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of any bid or bids. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding conditions under which the work is to be done.
