$15.3 million for police $13.4 million for senior center Work includes the effort necessary to repair and to maintain selected street on 200 and 300 Blocks of Parklane Drive including milling in place 2284 SY of asphalt pavement installing 1223 LF of French drain and overlaying 2284 SY of asphalt pavement and additional items. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Bids must be submitted in the bid form furnished. No bid may be withdrawn for 45 days after the above scheduled closing time set for the receipt of bids. Pursuant to V.T.C.S. Art. 5159a not less than the local prevailing wage rate must be paid in this project. The City of Olmos Park reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities and to select the bid deemed in the best interest of the City.
