City council is set to vote on the subject project on September 21, 2022. The Base Bid scope of work includes pipe bursting 2,169 LF of lined 6" pipe, reconnecting sewer laterals, removing and replacing 13 manholes, removing and replacing 1 terminal cleanout, and performing 8 point repairs. The Add Alternate 1 scope of work includes installing 693 LF of 8" PVC pipe by open-cut, removing and replacing 2 manhole structures, installing 2 new manholes, and abandoning 75 LF of existing 6" sewer main. The Add Alternate 2 scope of work includes installing 38 LF of 6" PVC sewer pipe by open-cut, removing and replacing 2 manholes, installing 1 new manhole, removing 1 protruding tap using a robotic cutter, and performing 1 point repair. The Add Alternate 3 scope of work includes pipe bursting 303 LF of lined 6" pipe, reconnecting service laterals, and removing and replacing 1 manhole.
