Site work for a water / sewer project in Olmos Park, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Base Bid scope of work includes 24-point repairs by open cut, pipe bursting of 1515 LF of lined 6-inch, reconnect 41 sewer laterals, remove, and replace 2 manholes, rehabilitate 23 manholes, and site restorations. Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the City of Olmos Park Sanitary Sewer Bond Project Phase E. The project bid package consists of a Base Bid only. The Notice to Proceed will be issued at a Pre-Construction meeting with the selected contractor within 1 week after the bid is awarded. Contractor will have 21 days to begin work from the Notice to Proceed, with 60 additional days for Substantial Completion and 15 additional days for Final Completion. Question Deadline 01/17/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Written questions may be submitted on at online. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Bids must be submitted on the bid form furnished. No bid may be withdrawn for 45 days after the above scheduled closing time set for the receipt of bids. The City of Olmos Park reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any formalities, and to select the bid deemed in the best interest of the City.
