The Town of Firestone's current Master Plan was adopted in 2013 and since then the Town has undergone significant growth and changes. The awarded Firm shall provide a wide range of services for the new Comprehensive Master Plan that will include, but not limited to, the following focus areas to ensure the Town manages growth in a way that aligns with the Town's values, vision, and goals: Robust, well-rounded public outreach and engagement Evaluation of existing conditions such as current land use and zoning, population, economic development and commercial and housing trends Policy, goal, objective and implementation strategy development including recommendations for programs and modifications to the Firestone Development Code (FDC) and other Town Plans Coordination and collaboration with outside government agencies and stakeholders Evaluation and viability of innovative development trends Urban design and architectural standardso Plan preparation and graphic design Future Land Use Map (Town GIS compatibility) Question Acceptance Deadline 04/20/2022 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined
