Site work for a water / sewer project in Firestone, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major components of the project include: Install 160 linear feet of 54" FRPM Casing Pipe under the Last Chance Ditch. Dewatering, nuisance ditch flow bypass, and erosion control measures. Casing Pipe material has been procured by Owner and will be delivered to the site for Contractor to unload and take possession for use in the work Bidding Documents will be emailed once payment has been received and email provided. All questions shall be sent by email to dfeller@stsan.com. The last day for questions is February 9th 2024 at 3:00pm No Prebid meeting will be conducted. Bidder Qualification forms are included in the Project Manual. Bidders must be qualified contractors in the State of Colorado. Bids received from Bidders who are not recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents will not be opened. The Work is expected to be commenced within ten (10) days after the Date of Contract. Completion of the Work is required as specified in the Bid Form. NO Bid Security will be required. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond in the amounts of one hundred percent (100%) guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract.
