Site work for a water / sewer project in Firestone, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The major components of the project include: Installation of 6,926 linear feet of sewerline varying in sizes from 20" to 16". Supply and installation of 17 manholes, connection to existing manhole FT-18 and connection to an existing line with manhole FT-1. Installation of 160 linear feet of 36" steel casing along with fully restrained piping within the casing. Dewatering during construction. Obtaining all necessary permits which will included Firestone, Frederick and Weld County dewatering and stormwater management permits as a minimum. The piping for the project has been purchased by the Owner and is onsite, the contractor is responsible for hauling the piping from the stored location to the project site. All questions shall be sent by email to jcook@nec-engrs.com. The last day for questions is December 10, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. The Work is expected to be commenced within fifteen (15) days after the Date of Contract. Completion of the Work is required as specified in the Bid Form. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond in the amounts of one hundred percent (100%) guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract.
