Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Firestone, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Question Deadline 08/30/2023 at 12:00 PM MT The Town of Firestone wants to conduct a bridge replacement of the structure located at Weld County Road 20 (WCR 20) and Coal Ridge Ditch in Firestone, Colorado. The scope of work for this project includes the steps to achieve the design of the bridge replacement project as a result of the collaboration between the Consultant, the Town of Firestone, and the Colorado Department of Transportation Region 4 (CDOT). The WCR 20 Bridge Replacement shall be prepared to a level that is acceptable for Local Agency submittal to CDOT for the federally funded construction phase. All will be performed under the direct supervision of and sealed by a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. The Town is planning on applying for an Off-System Bridge grant in the fall of 2023. The town is requesting all the consultants to provide scope and fee considering both the option of with and without consideration of a federally funded project. See Exhibits A1 and A2 for the complete Scope of Work and associate deliverables.
