Edge mill and overlay of approximately 29,000 SY in the St Vrain Ranch, Ridgecrest, and Sagebrush subdivisions. Please see exhibit A for the street list, and Crack Patching 300 tons in the Stoneridge subdivision only cracks 2" or larger. BIDDERS ARE TO BID ON EACH ITEM TO BE BID SEPARATELY. All striping and thermoplastics are to be reinstalled. Traffic control, resident notification, and Stormwater BMP compliance are required. The winning bidder will need to keep track of the material used for payment. If the quantities specified in the Unit price form are insufficient to complete the work, a change order will need to be approved by the Town in advance of any additional work beginning. All Towns Standards and Specifications are to be followed to include the procedures outlined in the Town's Street, Curb, and Gutter Maintenance/Replacement Standards and Specifications to ensure stormwater compliance, including installation and maintenance of stormwater control measures which can be found SCOPE OF WORK A. Contractor shall complete all Work and perform all Services which are described or reasonably implied from the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A and the Contract Documents, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and known as: 2023 Paving Program (S2023-9234) B. A change in the Scope of Work shall not be effective unless authorized as a written amendment to this Agreement or change order in accordance with the Contract Documents. If Contractor proceeds without such written authorization, Contractor shall be deemed to have waived any claim for additional compensation, including a claim based on the theory of unjust enrichment, quantum merit or implied contract.
