Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Firestone, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
Bids will not be opened publicly and may not be opened immediately following the date and time specified for Bid Submittal. An abstract of the amounts of the base Bids and major alternates (if any) will be made available to Bidders after the Bids have been opened, reviewed by the Owner, and after conducting interviews if deemed appropriate. The project consists of, but is not limited to furnish and install all labor and materials for site preparation and building construction activities including: 1) install BMP's; 2) excavation, hauling, moisture conditioning and compaction of approximately 3,500 linear feet of existing ditch improvements; 3) approximately 2,200 linear feet of new ditch construction; 4) construction of two (2) concrete flumes, one (1) concrete "T" structure and one (1) forebay outlet structure; 5) installation of approximately 140 cubic yards of riprap; 6) installation of approximately 2,550 cy of roadbase; 7) installation of approximately 180 linear feet of 24" RCP; 8) approximately 98,000 cubic yards of general cut/fill; 9) fine grading and seeding/mulch.
