Site work and paving for a civil project in Firestone, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Question Acceptance Deadline 04/18/2022 03:00 PM EDT The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of the 2022 Chip Seal Program. Subdivisions identified in this year's program are St Vrain Ranch, Ridgecrest, Sagebrush, and Stoneridge. Bidders to bid each subdivision separately. Chip seal application within each subdivision. All striping and thermoplastics are to be reinstalled. Traffic control, resident notification, and Stormwater BMP compliance are required. Crack mitigation and pothole patching are to be bid as an alternate. The winning bidder will need to keep track of the material used for payment. If the quantities specified in the Unit price form are not sufficient to complete the work a change order will need to be approved by the town. All Towns Standards and Specifications are to be followed to include the procedures outlined in the Town's Street, Curb, and Gutter Maintenance/Replacement Standards and Specifications to ensure stormwater compliance, including installation and maintenance of stormwater control measures which can be found here.
