Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Firestone, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This will be a raw-water pump station to be installed over an existing concrete wet well fed by a horizontal alluvial well. The project includes construction of a wood frame building, HVAC, electric power, and associated building improvements. Owner is pre-procuring the pumps for the facility and the contract requires the Contractor to install the pumps and associated controls. Contractor shall coordinate pump controls with Owner's SCADA integrator. Contractor shall install pump station piping and yard piping to connect to existing raw water line.
