This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to provide two Video Board displays for Kroger Field in Lexington, Kentucky. This Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and services required to furnish, deliver, and install complete systems as described herein for the University of Kentucky Athletics Department. The proposal also includes the successful removal and disposal of the existing video boards located in the East and West Endzones of Kroger Field. The University may desire to not dispose of all pieces of the existing boards and will work with the Contractor to determine storage areas. The firm whose systems is selected would provide all design and installation services necessary to construct the facilities in accordance with the guidelines, standards and limitations contained in the Request for Proposal and in the Contractors Proposal.
