Deadline for receiving questions is 4:00 pm on April 25, 2022. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 4:00 pm on April 26, 2022. Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. For contracts valued at $100,000 or higher (including all fees, expenses, and options to extend or renew), suppliers must provide a Tax Verification Letter before the contract is signed. Tax Verification Letters can be obtained from the Ministry of Finance's eTaxBC portal at no cost. Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract award results will be available on BC Bid. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
