Work to be performed includes a full depth reclamation with an asphalt overlay along Alder Street SW, Birch Street SW, and along J Street SW from 10th Avenue SW to 7th Avenue SW. Concrete pedestrian ramp upgrades in intersections within the overaly limits will also be constructed.
