This solicitation will only be for the delivery of ordered filters and does not include installation or maintenance of any kind. The initial term of this Pricing Agreement shall begin upon award for one (1) year and is renewable for four (4) additional successive optional one (1) year renewals. The Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) on behalf of Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC)is soliciting for a vendor to provide HVAC filters for twenty-one (21) buildings located on the WWRC Campus specified in the Scope of Work in Section II. This solicitation will only be for the delivery of ordered filters and does not include installation or maintenance of any kind. Any bid in response to this solicitation shall be valid for thirty(30) days. At the end of the days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is canceled. Bid shall be in the form of a firm unit price for each item during the contract period. Inside delivery of goods or performance of services shall be within the number of calendar days stated below after receipt of order (ARO) by the bidder. The Agency requires the bidder to deliver within a reasonable time after ARO. The bidder will be deemed to offer delivery in accordance with the Agencys desired delivery time as stated below: Products shall be delivered within 15 days of ARO or the Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) reserves the right to cancel and resolicit. Deliveries shall be made to 28 Andrew Russell Lane, Loading Dock, Fishersville, VA 22939. The Agency shall be notified 24 hours prior to delivery of any items so that personnel may be available to allow access to the building and verify items received.
