The University of Oregon, on behalf of University Housing (University) is issuing this RFP for the procurement of professional, on-site mini blind cleaning and repair services of the residence halls. See attached RFP document for details.The 2022 cleaning of mini blinds will be performed primarily during the summer months, with work beginning in June 2022 and ending in September 2022. The University of Oregon (UO) is an AA/EEO employer and encourages the submittal of responses from Oregon based businesses including women, minority-owned and emerging small business enterprises.University will not respond to oral inquiries. Vendor questions must be submitted to competitionsupport@uoregon.edu no later than ten business days prior to the Closing Date. Please do not follow questions with emails requesting if and/or when responses will be posted. It will be the responsibility of each participating Vendor to refer daily to the UO Business Opportunities website to check for any available opportunities, addendum to current opportunities, cancellations, or intents to award posted there. It is not UO's responsibility to notify participating Vendors by email or by any other means of any of the above. UO has adopted policies applicable to all Vendors/Contractors that prohibit sexual harassment and that the Vendor's/Contractor's company and employees are required to adhere to institutional policies prohibiting sexual harassment in their interactions with members of the institutional community. University reserves the right, at its option, to reject any or all Proposals. Notification of Proposal rejection will be made in writing. University reserves the right to waive minor informalities and irregularities in Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
