Demolition and site work for a residential development in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

As of June 17, 2022, project was awarded to Sealevel Bulkhead Builders. Inc, awarded amount is $108,447.71. Kitsap County Public Works/ Roads Division (the County) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to demolish and dispose of all materials located at 423 S National Avenue and 417 S National Avenue, Bremerton, Washington 98312. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to demolish and dispose of the existing house and all other structures/improvements located on-site. This work shall also include removal of all foundations, concrete driveways/pathways, clean-outs, fencing, utility valves and meters, mailboxes, trees and vegetation inside the properties shall be removed to grade and disposed of, walls inside the properties shall be removed, and walls adjacent to the right of way (S National Avenue) shall be protected. The Contractor shall be responsible for hauling away all materials/debris associated with the demolition, restoring the property to grade with dirt, and installing, maintaining and removing erosion and water pollution control measures as required by the permit(s). All utilities have been disconnected but meters shall be removed, and water/sewer services shall be capped at the right of way line
