Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Holly Hill, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot municipal facility.
Services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to, the following: The City of Holly Hill, Florida is requesting proposals from experienced contractor(s) to design and construct a 60 x 40 steel building in the City Public Works Yard, located at 453 LPGA Blvd, Holly Hill, Florida 32117.The building will have 2 discrete rooms, each with bay doors and pedestrian doors. Additional requirements will be included in the bid documents. All questions should be directed in writing to the Susan Lincoln at financedirector@hollyhillfl.org. Questions to be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on May 4th, 2022. Local permits must be pulled for this project, but costs of the permit will be paid by the City of Holly Hill. The City of Holly Hill is not responsible for the U.S. mail or private carriers or messengers to deliver proposals by the specific time so that a bid can be considered. No bids received after the time and date specified for the opening will be considered. The City of Holly Hill, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all non-substantial irregularity in bids reviewed, whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the City. One (1) original and one (1) electronic copy on USB flash drive shall be addressed to City Clerk, City of Holly Hill, 1065 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, Florida 32117, in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside: DESIGN/BUILD PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING
