Chester Area School District will accept sealed bids for Chester Area High School Track Resurfacing project The project consists of the resurfacing of the High School athletic track including, but not necessarily limited to, track surfacing repair, resilient resurfacing, lane lines and events markings including all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Chester Area School District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds and insurance certification as required by the contract documents, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. Bids shall be marked Track Resurfacing Project. Chester Area School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of Chester Area School District.
