Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hartford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire station.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovation of a fire / police facility. As of April 13, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm Construction timeline for this project has not yet been released The trades being sought for the project include, but is not limited to, the following: Removal & Salvage of existing dispatch furniture, Selective Demolition of finishes, New Finishes, New Transaction Window, Bullet Resistant Window, Bullet Resistant Wall Panels, New Countertops, Cubbies, Cabinets, New Kitchenette, New Lights & Electrical, New 30KVA UPS System, Renovation to Existing Halon System, (AV system equipment and low voltage work by others) RFI Deadline has been extended until April 15th. Please send all your questions to jsygrove@sarazin.com. Work to be performed during normal business hours. No noise restrictions except core drilling to be performed early morning. CGA will allow onsite parking for workers. Background checks for all workers. Dispatch will be temporarily relocated during construction.
