Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lannon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: 1. Reconstruction and expansion of 1,300 linear feet (LF) of Custer Lane, including 1,200 LF of bike path, 855 LF of sanitary sewer, and 568 LF of water main. 2. Addition of a left-turn lane, including 1,400 LF of shoulder work on West Main Street/County Trunk Highway F. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Village of Lannon reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
