The Concrete floor of the Trash Transfer Station (Joint Public Service Authority) on Kents Lane, will have to be cut, removed and replaced as per the attached plan sheet. The Joint Public Service Authority (JPSA) of Wythe and Bland Counties reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. 1. Contractor to submit shop drawings and Schedule to Tim Frye for Approval before starting demolition. 2. Scale Project so as to never shut down the Operations at the transfer Station. 3. Coordinate with Tim Frye, the manager of the station. 4. Saw cut and remove Concrete on Weekends, Evenings or Holidays. 5. Dowel Into Existing Concrete. 6. Install Rebar 7. Form and Pour Concrete. 8. Allow Concrete to Cure for 7 days before utilizing. 9. Inspections will be required.
