This Invitation To Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood ("the Town") to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of the Installation of Municipal Sanitary Sewer for 185 Ninth Street, as further described in the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The deliverables for this contract include the installation of Municipal sanitary sewer, a sanitary maintenance hole and reinstatement of disturbed areas to previous condition or better for the property known as 185 Ninth Street. The works are in support of servicing a newly severed lot which has an existing water service. Works on private property are not included as part of this contract. The scope of work shall include: Prepare and submit traffic control plans to the Town for review and acceptance as required to complete the Works and as required for the Road Occupancy Permit approval process. Supply, install and maintain traffic control devices and detour signage throughout construction, including evenings and weekends where required. Erect temporary signage that is critical to the safety of pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Remove all temporary signage when appropriate, including restoration to previous or better condition. Work to be in accordance with Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) Book 7 and OPSS.MUNI 706.
