Substantial Completion: August. 12, 2022 Final Completion: Fourteen (14) Days after Substantial Completion This invitation is comprised of this Invitation to Bid, General Terms and Conditions (Small Public Works), Bid Form, Contract, and Plans and Specifications which, if an award is made, will collectively constitute the Contract Documents, One hundred percent (100%) contractor's Performance and Payment bond IS required upon. notice of intent to award, unless on projects estimated to cost $150,000 or less, Contractor requests and Owner agrees to allow use of the alternative arrangement for withholding of ten percent retainage until the later of 30 days after final acceptance of the project or until receipt of all necessary releases from the State :Departments of Revenue, Employment Security, and Labor 81, Industries, as authorized by and subject to the conditions stated in RCW 39.08.010(3). Public Works contract IS required. The required Contract Form is included in the Specifications.
