For this project we will accept only online electronic bids through QuestCDN. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project Specifications. For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds will also be accepted through Surety2000 using contract #8187820. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the engineer will view bids at the Public Works and Park Maintenance Building 7450 Metro Blvd Edina MN 55439. Due to COVID-19, no public bid opening will occur. Results will be posted immediately following the opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.
