Renovation of a medical facility in Lameque, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Each bid to include a bid bond of 10% of total bid price, payable to :"Réseau de Santé Vitalité". Upon contract award, successful bidder will need to provide a performance bond and a labor and material bond. Each to be of 50% of the contract value. The latest version of the "Crown Construction Act (82-109) along with his amendments will apply to this contract. Hard copies of specs and drawings are available to contractors upon non-reimbursement payment of $200.00. They can be obtained from CLADinc office located at 467 Main st., suite 2, Bathurst, NB (506-545-6334). Contractors need to register to the bidders list by contacting CLADinc office.
